Do you love sauerkraut and pickles? Are you interested in learning more about fermenting and probiotic health? Join ARCTIC BREWSTERS for an introductory class at Tonglen Lake Lodge Saturday, June 3rd from 12pm-4pm. We’ll learn the basic principles of starting vegetable ferments, enjoy samples, and craft individual batches to take home.

~Please BYO favorite vegetables, spices and chopping implements such as knives and cutting boards or get a head-start and bring them ready to brine! ~Also bring a wide-mouth mason jar to fit your ferment. Salt will be provided and some half-gallon jars will be available for purchase.
